- Any person that supportive to the activities of FRC and willing to be a member; needs to send its request by writing a letter to any of the contributors.
- A Person who send its application to be a member of FRC will be examined upon his activities and interest for a time by the founders then he/she will be decided to allow or not into FRC. (The decision will base on the desire of majority of the contributors.)
- Any person who wishes to be a member of FRC under the recommendation of any two or more of the contributors is qualified to be a member.
